The Kick-off Meeting: Project started with a bang!
The kick-off meeting of the new project was held 2nd June. This meeting introduced the members of the project team and provided the opportunity to discuss the role of each team member. Other base elements in the project were discussed also at this meeting (Schedule, Status Reporting, etc.).
